This notice explains how enquiries sent through the FADISM website are handled.

What you provide

When you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, enquiry category and message. If you request a WhatsApp reply, it also collects the WhatsApp number you provide.

Why it's used

The information is used to read and respond to your booking, collaboration or other enquiry, and to continue that conversation if needed. It is not used to sign you up to promotional marketing.

How it's handled

Form submissions are processed using Netlify Forms and are available to the website owner in a private account. Notification emails may also be sent to the website owner. Your personal details are not displayed in the public website.

How long it's kept

Enquiry details are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage related correspondence, then deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask about, correct or request deletion of your information by submitting a message via the contact form and selecting "Other". These requests will be considered in line with applicable privacy law.
